our Chess

This blog begins in a rather original, because the first post is not the author but a friend of hers.

Since Ross is not very practical to the internet I thought I create them a blog to give you the opportunity to communicate with readers of his first book, "Chess us."

"Our Chess" is a wonderful collection of stories ranging from yellow to the fantasy romantic noir ... well more of everything.

The author, Ross Damascus, is a literature teacher in high school who has great passion as chess. He has participated in numerous national and international tournaments, representing Italy at the Olympics in Novi Sad, Manila and Moscow took place during the nineties. Then you know very well the environment chess and those who attended can be found in his stories all the quirks, tics and emotions of those who play chess.

The characters who populate his stories are real and who hangs out in the environment can certainly recognize many famous personalities during the tournament.

What makes this collection are literary style, poetry and the strong emotions that permeate it.

Chess is often just a footnote to the story and serve as a "pretext" to describe the humanity that surrounds us hours or sometimes a past world that no longer exists.

It 's a book across the board where anyone can find what you are passionate about it more.

I recommend it wholeheartedly!

I hope this post will open the dance to a lively exchange of messages between the author and his readers: o)
